8. Taxes, Customs and Import Duties
The customer is the importer of record unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
The customer is responsible for:
Customs declarations and clearance;
Import licences and regulatory approvals;
Duties, tariffs, excise taxes, VAT, sales taxes, tobacco or vaping taxes;
Customs inspections, storage charges, penalties and brokerage fees;
Product registration, labelling or testing required in the destination market; and
Compliance with local import limits and prohibited-product rules.
If a shipment is delayed, seized, returned, destroyed, or refused by customs because of the customer’s failure to comply with applicable requirements, the customer will remain responsible for the order and associated costs, except where the problem was directly caused by our proven error.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping dates and delivery times are estimates unless we expressly guarantee them in writing.
Delivery may be affected by customs inspections, carrier restrictions, flight availability, dangerous-goods rules, weather, public holidays, regulatory changes, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for loss or delay caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Risk of loss and responsibility for the products pass to the customer according to the delivery term stated in the quotation, invoice, order confirmation, or applicable Incoterm.
If no delivery term is stated, risk passes to the customer when the goods are handed to the carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Customers must inspect shipments promptly upon delivery and retain all packaging, labels, tracking information, photographs, and videos needed to support a claim.
10. Returns, Shortages and Defective Products
Because vaping products are hygiene-sensitive, age-restricted, regulated, and may contain consumable materials, returns are accepted only in accordance with our published Return and Refund Policy or a separate written agreement.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise:
Opened, used, activated, damaged, customised, clearance, or improperly stored products cannot be returned;
Change-of-mind returns may not be accepted for wholesale orders;
Quantity shortages, incorrect products, visible shipping damage, and obvious defects must be reported within 7 calendar days after delivery;
